The right Meal Plan for you!
In order to get the most out of your training and to ensure that you perform at your physical peak it is essential that you get the right nutrients delivered to your body at the right time. In order to achieve this you must be following a meal plan that is designed specifically with you in mind.
The meal plans that I create for you at Sportsnutritioist.co.uk will take into account as many personal factors that you inform me about. From the client questionnaire I will be able to determine your size and weight, when you train, what type of training you do, foods you like/ dislike, your goals and much much more.
Whatever your goal is, whether it is simply to increase lean mass or to compete in your first marathon, I will be able to create a meal plan that fits in perfectly with your lifestyle and training.
The meal plans that I offer vary considerably. Each one is tailor made for the individual, but allows you the client to select the type of meal plan that fits your needs and your budget!
The following meal plans can be purchased by you at the Online Shop. You have the option of selecting a meal plan for just 1 day or for a complete week. You decide what you need to help achieve your physical goals.
Meal Plan 1 (Brand names & Sports Supplements not included)
This 1-7 day meal plan is tailor made for your nutritional needs. You will have the perfect balance of Kcal, fats, proteins and carbohydrates that your body requires for training, recovery and performance. The meal plan will include types of food to eat but will not specify brand names. This plan does not include sports supplements. You will receive emailed reports and documents to support the meal plan plus 7 days free email support, to be used at your discretion. A hard copy of your meal plan can be sent in the post if requested.
Meal plan 2 (Sports Supplements included)
This 1-7 day meal plan will be tailor made for your nutritional needs. You will have the perfect balance of Kcal, carbohydrates, protein and fats that your body requires for training, recovery and performance. The meal plan will include types of food to eat but will not specify brand names. This meal plan does include sports supplements that may enhance your training, recovery and performance. You will receive emailed reports and documents to support the meal plan plus 7 days free email support to be taken at your discretion. A hard copy of your meal plan can be sent in the post if requested.
Meal Plan 3 (Supermarket/brand name specific. No supplements)
This 1-7 day meal plan is tailor made for your nutritional needs. You will have the perfect balance of Kcal, carbohydrates, proteins and fats that your body requires for training, recovery and performance. The advantage of this meal plan is that it will be designed around the supermarket where you do your weekly shop. This is not only extremely convienent but will also ensure that you are getting the right foods with the right nutritionsl values. You will also receive emailed reports and documents plus 10 days free email support to be used at your discretion. I will also provide a shopping list for you! A hard copy of your meal plan will be sent in the post if requested.

Meal plan 4 (Supermarket/brand name specific. Supplements included)
This meal plan is something special. Firstly it be created to suit your individual needs, supporting your training, performance and recovery. The plan will be balanced with the correct nutrients to match your bodies demands. I will create the meal plan around the supermarket of your choice, allowing you to get access to the exact foods that are specified. Finally your plan will include sports supplements that could improve your training, performance and recovery. This is the perfect meal plan for the athlete who wants that cutting edge!
You will receive emailed reports, documents a shopping list and 10 days free email support, to be used at your discretion. A hard copy of the meal plan can be sent by post if requested.
