Terms & Conditions of Monthly Support Packages & Individual Meal Plans 

1. All Monthly Support Packages provided by sportsnutritionist.co.uk require a 3 month financial commitment.This is due to the amount of time that is required to create and produce the initial personalised meal plans and therefore it's financial worth, which exceeds the first 2 months support.

2. Once payment has been received for the first three months, clients are only required to pay on a month to month basis.

3. There is no financial tie in after initial 3 month payment.

4. Clients are free to opt out of the monthly support at any time, however there is no refund if the client decides to stop half way through a month. It would be advisable to use the month of support that has been paid for and then no longer continue payments there after

5. A client who has previously had a meal plan package created for them through the Online Support, but has opted out is able to come back to monthly support paying on a month to month basis if using their existing meal plan. A complete new meal plan will require 3 months payment up front.  

6. Email support that is offered in each monthly packag is restricted to 3 questions. This includes all questions regarding sport supplements or ergogenic aids.

7. Alterations that are permitted within each package are based on your changing needs and my professional opinion and expertise. I will not make nutritionial changes if I do not feel they are safe or will benefit the client.

8. Alterations that are permitted within the Online Support packages are limited to 3 individual food or supplement changes per 'alteration'.

9. All advice given with regards to sports supplements is given as professional advice based on scientific evidence that has been published to the general public.

10. Sportsnutritionist.co.uk can not take any responsibility for any illness, side effects or bad reactions to supplements.

11. All general food types and brand specific foods that are included in your meal plans are suggested foods. The client is wholly responsible for the foods that are put into their body.

12. Clients are advised to seek medical advice in the form of thier local GP before starting any type of new diet, including those that include supplements.
